The admission process at Grace Paramedical Institute is designed to be simple and transparent, ensuring that eligible candidates can seamlessly apply for their desired programs. Below is a step-by-step guide to the admission procedure:

Candidates must obtain the application form from the institute’s admission office or download it from the official website.
The application form must be filled out completely with accurate details.
Attach the required documents along with the application form.
Candidates must submit the following documents along with the application form:
- 10th & 12th standard mark sheets (original & photocopy)
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Conduct Certificate
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-sized photographs (8 copies)
- Aadhaar Card photocopy
- Medical fitness certificate (as prescribed by the institute)
The admission committee will verify the submitted documents and academic eligibility criteria.
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the next stage.
Shortlisted candidates will receive an admission confirmation letter.
Candidates must pay the prescribed admission fees within the specified deadline to secure their seat.
Once the admission is confirmed, students will be provided with an enrollment number and necessary academic materials.
An orientation session will be conducted to introduce students to the institute, faculty, rules & regulations, and course curriculum.

- Uniform & Study Materials: First-year students will receive a uniform, lab coat, ID card, and study materials at the beginning of the academic session.
